I am on about day 5. It is helping and I did not expect it to. Usually vitamins do not have any immediate effect. I am in my 50s closer to 60 and I am using one 5 milligram capsule a day when I get up (not always morning). The first 2 days I was more energetic. The first 24 hour period I could not sleep.
