These did not work for me for weight loss, however; I like the energy they gave me. It’s not a nervous energy, but I am not played out after doing grocery shopping or cleaning.The gummies are fairly tasty. I have noticed more energy in the week I have been taking them. The directions for use are very vague however. Take one or two or as directed. Morning? Evening? Before meals? One at a time or two at once?They taste good but not sure they do what they say they will! Will let you know if I lose weight!I have taken two bottles of this product and I have actually gained 5lbs.Don't workI like the taste. Easy to eat. I hoping would contro my appetite and help me to loose weight .The taste is yummy but I did not notice that it helped with weight loss at all. Maybe it should be used in conjunction with a keto diet? But, it doesn’t say that on the label. It contains vitamin B12 which is a good thing but that tends to keep from sleeping at night so I had to discontinue using it.I have not anything.
