I blew out knee and it helped during the recovery and PT. I now take it as a supplement on a daily basis.Taking it for over 2 years daily... help my joints to maintain their agility.. slowing weakness developmentI just finished first bottle after taking for a little over a month. 2 in AM and 2 in PM. 3 stars now may increase depending on how next few weeks go. Avid runner for decades, but had to stop because of bad knees. Took generics for years that never worked before trying these. I felt better so I started running again and after two weeks I'm feeling the pain again. May just be from last few years of doing nothing, so we'll see how everything works out over next few weeks of running. Maybe the 3 stars will climb to a four or five.This product is quick acting in relieving the bilateral knee pain and inflammation that kept me up nights. An added bonus was relief from a flareup of fibromyalgia that I have tried to keep under control for 20+ years. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to the difficulty trying to swallow these rough tablets; give it a nice slippery coating similar to my multivitamin and I would definitely give it 5-stars.I've been out of Jointlax for a while now - its definitely time to stock up again, as this is the most effective natural product I have tried. I vastly prefer it to a prescription anti-inflammatory, because while they work, the side effects are just too dangerous over longer periods of time. For my chronic issues (degenerative disc disorder and fibromyalgia), Jointlax worked as well for me as my former prescription.very good supplement gives good results for my chronic condition, I'm not pain free, but I am greatly improved which is much appreciated. It is worth a try for anyone experiencing joint pain.I think it's helping a little but not as much as I was hopeing for. I'm still taking them.still in the trying stage, seems to work.
