This ice pack is a must. It truly stays cold all day in a cooler. I recommend the Medela travel bottle cooler for it. I wish it came in a taller size. But, I bought another cooler bag that is taller and this ice pack still does well in itThis fits in my insulated petunia pickle bottom square-shaped bag (part of the pump kit). Stays frozen for a REALLY long time. Varies depending on the outside environment but stays cold and keeps milk cold my whole 13 hour+ shift.Not sure how you could go wrong with an ice pack. This one is good and thick. Works great.After TSA confiscated my original medela ice pack because it wasn't frozen (no one told us it had to be, but we were late for our flight with no time to argue), this was a nice replacement. I noticed that it is slightly smaller than the original, but it fits the cooler well and keeps milk cold.I use this to keep pumped milk cold while I'm at work. Unfortunately, I have to put this and two other ice packs to keep the milk sort of cold. Even if I keep it in the office all day, it gets warmer than I'd like during the 30 min car ride home.I purchased this ice pack to go in a bottle cooler to take to my babes daycare to keep her bottles cold. This ice pack does NOT stay cold all day and thankfully the bottle bag came with an ice pack that does because this one is only good as a last resort option. El articulo esta sellado, no es de los que se rellenan, viene como con un gel de liquido el cual hace que se congele con mayor facilidad y tarde mas tiempo en descongelarse.Compra recomendada.Excelente para mamás trabajadoras que se tienen que extraer la leche y trasladarla distancias largas, recomiendo ponerla en el congelador.
