I work at a sorting facility, which is a giant warehouse with a 2+ mile long conveyor belt in it. At one end, we empty tractor-trailers filled with packages and throw them on. At the other end, split into several lanes, we sort them by code, build them into pallets, then send them back out onto tractor-trailers for distribution according to zipcode. There are hundreds of people in this building, working closely together in some cases. There is a lot of dust. We sweat a lot. I needed a good-sized water jug that had a soft, closing mouthpiece with a straw; a protective cover for health & safety reasons; a good handle; and was leak proof so I could set it on its side in my car and drive to/from the warehouse. After much trial and error, I found this one. It's meets all of those needs without compromise. It's a half gallon, which is the perfect size - not too heavy to haul around, not so small you're constantly running to refill it.
