This is a good poultry seasoning. I have been on a no sodium diet for some time now and I have been on a quest to find a no salt seasoning that is not bland. This seasoning works well for baked or fried chicken. However,if you are looking for a stand alone seasoning to use in stews/soups and you don't plan to add any additional salt then I would not recommend this because you will have to use a lot of it to avoid bland taste. This works best in combination with other salt free seasoning such as the original Mrs dash. It adds just enough flavor to make salt free dishes less bland. It made a good addition to my salt free seasoning rack. Unless I find something better or the price goes higher I will buy it again when what I have finishes.
