2. Bottles with a personalised design print are best sterilised using the UV method of sterilisation for prolonged usage. Boiling or Steam sterilisation will have an adverse effect on the digital print and is not recommended. Hegen shall not be liable for any wear and tear of the personalised prints arising from repeated sterilisation and/or mishandling of the product.
3. No use of any emojis, unicode characters and/or symbols are allowed for the 'Enter Name' personalisation field.
