How can I alter and/or adjust the wine's flavor profiles? Once you are comfortable making wine we would suggest adding oak chips to your wine to adjust flavors to your liking. You should also notice a change in flavor the longer the wine is bottled. These are just a couple ways to impact flavor! What else is required to get started making wine? Fontana ingredient kits include all needed ingredients but you will need to purchase the equipment separately.
